Web app stays in control
Leave requests and approvals continue in the Leave Balance web app. The pilot does not replace that established workflow.
Candidate pilot workflows
Candidate workflows are limited to balance enquiries, links back to the Leave Balance web app, and configured summaries. We confirm the exact scope before onboarding.
Configured summaries
Selected channels may receive configured daily or weekly absence summaries once enabled for the pilot.
Tenant-specific onboarding
We review your Microsoft 365 tenant, permissions, and intended users before deciding whether the current pilot is a fit.
Workforce stays separate
Attendance, shift, and roster workflows require separate enrollment in the invite-only Workforce beta. They are not included in the Leave plan or Teams pilot.

02When will the Teams integration be generally available?
We have not committed to a general-availability date. Pilot feedback and security validation will determine the release scope and timing.
03Does it work with Microsoft 365?
The pilot is designed for eligible Microsoft Teams organisations. We confirm tenant compatibility, permissions, and the available workflow before enabling access.
04How do I request early access?
Select 'Request pilot details' and tell us about your organisation and intended workflow. We will review fit and explain the current scope before any access is enabled.
05How much will it cost?
The generally available Leave plan remains USD $10 per month for unlimited employees. The Teams pilot has no public price; access and any commercial terms are confirmed directly before onboarding.
06Does the Teams pilot include attendance or rostering?
No. Attendance, shift, and roster workflows belong to the separate, invite-only Workforce beta. They are not included in the Leave plan or enabled by joining the Teams pilot.
07Is my organisation's data secure?
The Teams pilot remains gated while we complete its security and tenant-isolation checks. We explain the exact permissions and data handling during review, before your organisation is enabled.
