How this tool works

The table reads the same leave-law and public-holiday collections used by the site's country guides. It displays each source record's statutory-entitlement wording verbatim at build time; missing categories remain marked unavailable. Public-holiday counts are the number of dates in the labelled yearly dataset, not a promise of paid leave.

Frequently asked questions

Is this legal advice?

No. It is a high-level comparison of the linked source-backed library, not a complete legal assessment for an employee or organisation.

Why is a comparison cell unavailable?

The source library does not yet contain a reviewed entry for that leave type. The tool shows unavailable rather than inventing a value.

Do public holidays equal paid annual leave?

Not necessarily. Holiday treatment varies by country, sector, contract, and working pattern.

How current is the information?

Each source library record has its own review date. Always follow its official link to confirm current rules before acting.
